Getting a PIN Number
When you receive your library card you may obtain a four-digit PIN number from any staff member at any library information desk, or checkout desk. A PIN allows you to access your account online; place holds on currently unavailable library items; access the internet using library workstations; use the self-checkout machines at the Main library; and, from home, access magazine and news databases subscribed to by the library. For security purposes, we will not issue a PIN over the phone or by e-mail. A PIN can be any four digits you want, however it can only be numbers (no letters).
Access your online account if you already have a PIN # and want to change it.
If you do not have a PIN # or have forgotten your PIN #, please approach a service desk at either the Main Library or the East Flagstaff Library to create a new PIN #. For security purposes, we will not issue a PIN # over the phone or by e-mail.
If you have any further questions, please call the Library at (928) 213-2330, or ask a staff member the next time you visit the Flagstaff Public Library.
