A current Government issued I.D. with name, address, and picture (or valid Federal Military license) (must be the original I.D., NOT a photocopy); and
Proof of a local mailing address (examples: Utility bill, checkbook with imprinted address, envelope with a current postmark). General Delivery is NOT acceptable.
Will be residing in Coconino County for a minimum of 30 days.

  2. NAU and CCC students ...
A current Government issued I.D. with name, address, and picture; and
A current NAU or CCC I.D. and
Proof of a local mailing address (see above for examples). General Delivery is NOT acceptable.

Youth under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian show a current state issued I.D. with name, address, and picture, and proof of a local mailing address. Library cards are issued at the Circulation Desk.

Borrowers will be issued a Borrower Card for a period of THREE years.

Persons who do not have the required identification may petition for an exception by completing a Borrower Application Exception form.

When obtaining your library card, be sure to obtain a PIN, which allows you many more privileges with your library card. Learn more about getting a PIN number.
